Refund Policy
At Skymind Solutions, we strive to provide the best IT and gaming services to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:

Digital Products & Services:
Refunds will be granted only if the product or service is defective, not as described, or fails to function as intended.

Gaming & Software Subscriptions:
Refunds for subscriptions can be requested within 2 days of purchase, provided the service has not been extensively used.

Custom IT Services:
Refunds for IT services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Partial refunds may be issued if work has already commenced.

Eligibility for Refunds:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds will not be granted for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

Processing Time: Refunds may take 2 business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Items: In-game purchases, digital downloads, and third-party services are non-refundable.
